Finally got some help and the issue was reversed. while I was given some false information from the start, It's been spelled out clearly.

My only regret is using Don't post here, you can't delete your reviews or your accounts.

I keep getting charged for 5 dollar fees. I opened the account and was told that the way to avoid it each month was to

-have Direct diposit(My company doesn't offer it)

- Have at least 200$ in the account at all times(I don't even make enough money to do that)

- Use my card 5 times of 5 dollars each.

I did that this month, and I STILL got charged 5 dollars. What the F gives?! I'm closing my account tomorrow. Between this bank continuously depositing cash NEXT DAY instead of THAT day like they promise, losing money, and charging me for fees and then OVER-DRAFTING ME, I'm done with this bank. I advice anyone who is considering opening an account there, against it. Move on to your next choice.

My family is in Bankruptcy, I can't even afford food. I can't afford this ***. Charging a 5$ *** fee for not having any money.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Put back the last 5 dollars you took that sent me into an over-draft and close my account. I followed the rules I was told, and haven't received any notice on any new rules!.

I liked: Convenient locations, Friendly tellers.

I didn't like: Slow service, Wrongful fees and overdrafts, Lost money twice, 0 understanding in hardships.
